Sourcing & Design Brief
We start from your tech pack, reference sample, or product idea. If you don't have a finished spec, our team helps translate your requirements into a manufacturable design.
Material Selection
Fabric and component sourcing suited to the product — cotton-polyester blends and four-way stretch spandex for apparel, nylon webbing and reinforced stitching for straps and belts, breathable mesh and structured panels for headwear.
Sampling & Approval
Pre-production samples are made for your review and sign-off on fit, construction, and finish before bulk cutting begins.
Cutting & Production
Approved specs move to our production floor, where garments and gear are cut, assembled, and finished in line with the approved sample.
Quality Control
In-line checks during production and a final inspection pass before packing — covering stitching, sizing consistency, hardware function, and finish.
Packing & Export
Products are packed to your specification, with export documentation prepared for shipment to your destination.

Fabric & material checks
Incoming fabric, webbing, foam, and hardware are checked against the approved sample before cutting starts.
In-line inspection
Stitching, seam strength, and assembly are checked at intervals during production, not only at the end of the line.
Final audit before packing
A final pass on sizing consistency, hardware function (buckles, D-rings, drawcords), and cosmetic finish before goods are packed.
